For Professionals

Whether you are looking to refer a child or young person to us or would like to know our costs...

Many children & young people have been referred to us by external agencies, local schools or other young work organisations because we are renowned for delivering both formal and informal programmes that can change the course of a young person’s life. Most of our delivery staff are JNC qualified and all come with high recommendations from those they have worked with.

— How to Refer

If you would like to refer a child or young person to Phase Trust then please email us for a referral form. We will email you a form back within 48 hours and endeavour to arrange an Initial Assessment within 2 weeks of receiving a referral form.

If you would like to arrange a visit with the child or young person before a referral is filled in, then we would gladly welcome you to our facilities. Please call or email to arrange a suitable time.

— Pricing

At Phase we do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to young peeple. Every referral we receive, every programme we run, every lesson we deliver is unique and tailor-made to the needs of the people we are working with. It is because of this that we do not not have a price structure to present to you, however we are more than happy to quote a price for our delivery. Please contact us on 0121 585 9419 or

We work hard to keep our costs low so as many people as possible can access our services. We will do our best to work to your specific budget and will try and gain funding (where possible) to keep costs to a minimum.

SENCo, Local High School

“Mr B. has been working with Phase Trust for a period of about 9 weeks. The original brief was to work with Mr B. for 6 weeks in order to offer some support to him through a difficult period. Mr.B has worked really well with Phase during this time and Mr B. has asked to continue this work for a further six week period. This mentoring programme is currently funded through Pupil Premium money. Parents are delighted with the work Phase has completed with Mr B. and he is talking much more openly about school when he is at home.”
