Whether you are looking to refer a young person to us or would like to know our costs read on for more information...
Many young people have been referred to us by external agencies, local schools or other young work organisations because we are renowned for delivering both formal and informal programmes that can change the course of a young persons life. Most of our delivery staff are JNC qualified and all come with high recommendations from those they have worked with. Here is some feedback we recently received from a school:
"I can honestly say that I have never come across an organisation/agency that are so committed to improving the lives of young people, with no hidden agenda and such professional staff." Pastoral Manager
How to Refer
If you would like to refer a young person to Phase Trust then please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for a referral form. We will email you a form back within 48 hours and endeavor to arrange an Initial Assessment within 2 weeks of receiving a referral form.
If you would like to arrange a visit, with the young person, before a referral is filled in then we would gladly welcome you to our facilities. Please call or email to arrange a suitable time.
At Phase we do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to young peeple. Every referral we receive, every programme we run, every lesson we deliver is unique and tailor-made to the needs of the people we are working with. It is because of this that we do not not have a price structure to present to you. We are more than happy to quote a price for our delivery so please contact us on 0121 585 9419 or email@example.com.
We work hard to keep our costs as low as possible so as many people as possible can access our services. We will do our best to work to your specific budgets and will try and gain funding, where possible, to keep costs to a minimum.
"Mr B. has been working with Phase Trust for a period of about 9 weeks. The original brief was to work with Mr B. for 6 weeks in order to offer some support to him through a difficult period. Mr.B has worked really well with Phase during this time and Mr B. has asked to continue this work for a further six week period. This mentoring programme is currently funded through Pupil Premium money
Parents are delighted with the work Phase has completed with Mr B. and he is talking much more openly about school when he is at home."
